Whipped Fresh Fruit Dip

“The trees that are slow to grow bear the best fruit.”

-Moliere

Whipped Fresh Fruit Dip is not only easy and always a crowd pleaser for all ages but it is also super budget friendly too!

Handsome Prince: Whatcha Doing?

Me: Writing a post about my fruit dip.

The Handsome Prince pulls an awful face.

Me: Why are you making face at me?

Handsome Prince: Don’t do that to people, it sounds awful!

Me: I fed it to you last week with the melon…

Handsome Prince puts two and two together: Carry on then, that stuff was G-O-O-D!

Me: I’m so glad you approve.

Handsome Prince: Can you change the name to something better, less creepy.

Me: There is nothing creepy about fruit dip ya dip.

All but the name was approved by the Handsome Prince. ;)

In a bowl with a whisk,

In a bowl with a hand mixer

OR

Into the stand mixer put the following ingredients:

1- 12 ounce tub of Cool Whip- DEFROSTED

8 ounces of Cream Cheese- SOFTENED

1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

Squeeze in 1 teaspoon of Fresh Lemon Juice

Start mixing!

Mix it until it whipped and well blended.

Serve Whipped Fresh Fruit Dip right away or store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for several days.

Serve your fruit on a stick for fun and easy dipping.

Next to a fresh fruit salad or even mixed in!

Whipped Fresh Fruit Dip is delicious with a variety of fruits and even veggies!

It gives a new twist to melons, berries, grapes, passion fruit, kiwi, star fruit…

You name your fruit and it’s probably out of this world with this dip.

I like to mix it with a apples and pomegranates and it makes such a refreshing treat!

Graham Crackers and pretzels are EXCELLENT in this dip as well!

HINT: Keep that Cool Whip container handy!

You can pop your leftover Whipped Fresh Fruit Dip back into the tub for super easy storage.

Now that’s thinking! ;)

One less dish for me to wash… behold the important things my lazy screams about.

Add 1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice into the Whipped Fresh Fruit Dip and place it into a hallowed out pumpkin.

Serve with apples for a festive Cinnamon Whipped Fresh Fruit Dip.

There is something about eating foods out of a pumpkin that just brings out the kid in each of us!

We end up putting my Whipped Fresh Fruit Dip on top of our bagels and waffles too.

I stocked up on Cool Whip when I was able to get it for FREE in the spring with the help of my couponing skills… 12 tubs in my freezer to accommodate my holiday cooking. :)

I stocked up on Sweetened Condensed milk as well for $.05 cents per can as well.

If I didn’t have these  ingredients well stocked this appetizer, snack, schemer would cost about $3.75 to make- NOT COUNTING the cost of fruit or dipping items.

Through couponing this cost me $.47 cents. It pays to coupon my friends!

My savings allows me to splurge if I’d like on a larger variety, more costly fruits OR I can return that savings to my budget and apply it else where as needed.

Whipped Fresh Fruit Dip is very versatile!

Saying NO to double dipping,

Meg xoxo
